Shipping conditions

Shipments are made using the Via Directa express service or CTT Express/Registered Mail. International shipments may additionally be carried out by DPD or GLS. Shipping rates are fixed for Portugal and the rest of Europe.

1. SHIPPING COST PRICES (VAT included):

For orders over €50, free shipping to mainland Portugal and a €5.70 discount applied to shipping to the Portuguese islands.

For mainland Portugal: €5.70

● For the Islands of Madeira and Azores:

○ Up to 2kg: €7.80

○ Up to 5kg: €12.90

○ Up to 10kg: €14.20

● For Spain:

○ Up to 10kg: €9.90

○ Up to 20kg: €19.90

● For European Community Countries:

○ Up to 10kg: €18.90

○ Up to 20kg: €23.50

○ Up to 30kg: €27.50

2. AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME:

Orders are processed on business days and shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays, after payment is received. It does not guarantee that your order will be delivered on the next business day, as this will depend on factors such as the payment method selected and the time the order was placed.

● For mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days;

● Madeira and Azores Islands: 3 to 5 working days;

● European Community countries: 3 to 7 working days.

3. PAYMENT

You can make payment via MB Way, ATM reference, debit or credit card and PayPal .

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have difficulty locating your order, please contact our team via email: geral@ceramorceramica.com

5. PACKAGING

We take the utmost care with packaging to ensure products arrive safely and without damage. We pack with recycled materials to protect our environment.

6. ORDER TRACKING:

After sending your order, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS that will allow you to track the status of the delivery. If you have difficulty locating your order, please contact our team via email: geral@ceramorceramica.com

If CTT is unable to deliver the order, a notice will be left in your mailbox to collect it at the CTT post closest to your residence, with a period of 5 working days to collect the product.

7. LOST OR DAMAGE TO THE ORDER:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, CerAmor Cerâmica will refund the entire order or guarantee that you receive a replacement product quickly. It is important that you send us a photo of the damaged item, only then will we replace it.

The order may be considered lost only after confirmation by the transport company.
