The sale of products made through the website www.ceramorceramica.com is regulated by these Terms and Conditions.
Before placing an order, please read the terms and conditions below carefully. Once you complete your purchase, we assume you have fully understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
CerAmor Cerâmica may update the Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice and therefore you must reread and accept them whenever you place a new order through our website.
1. OWNERSHIP OF THE SITE
The website www.ceramorceramica.com is jointly owned by Interesting Skills Unipessoal Lda., with VAT number PT516366890, and Pedro Miguel Regado de Sá, with VAT number PT225639572, headquartered at Rua da Vigorosa, No. 636, store 7, 4200-523 Porto, Portugal. We are an authorized company and operate in various sectors of the national and international market. Our main CAE is 47990 - Retail trade by mail order and via the Internet.
2. SCOPE
The Terms and Conditions herein apply to the sale of CerAmor Cerâmica products through the website. www.ceramorceramica.com , following all procedures to complete the purchase. This does not include the provision of services or the sale of non-branded products that may be linked to the website via links or banners.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICE
The products displayed and sold on the CerAmor Cerâmica website are categorized by product type, showing their respective photographs, descriptions, stock availability, dimensions and price.
The delivery fee will be added to the total price of the product(s) upon completion of the order. The prices shown are valid only at the time of payment. Prices are subject to change without notice, so we recommend always checking the total amount due.
If the price is incorrect due to technical issues, the Customer will be contacted if they ordered the product. If the product is priced lower, the amount will be refunded. If the price is higher, the Customer may choose to pay the difference or cancel the order.
4. ORDER
To place an order, the Customer will not need to Register or Log In, but Registration involves entering the requested data and then logging in with the same data.
Registration requires filling out several fields, including your name and email address, which are mandatory. Customers can complete their details in their personal area, including shipping address, telephone number, and other information. The details provided by the Customer must be accurate, as CerAmor Cerâmica is not responsible for any damages caused by incorrect data.
Once registered or logged in, the Customer can add all the products they wish to order to the “Cart”, except in cases where the product is out of stock.
After adding the desired products to your "Cart", you can view a summary of your order with product images, descriptions, prices, and quantities. You can choose how you want to receive your order and the payment options available to complete your purchase.
5. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
As a payment method you can choose:
● MBWay – you will receive authorization in your MBWay app to pay for your order (only for Portugal)
● Multibanco Reference – the reference is generated automatically and you will receive an order confirmation email with payment details.
● Debit or credit card – Pay with your credit or debit card through Shopify Payments.
Once we confirm payment, we prepare the shipment, which will be delivered by our shipping partners to the delivery address specified by the Customer. You can track your order using the reference number/code provided by our partners.
The average delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours for mainland Portugal and between 3 and 5 business days for Madeira and the Azores. For the remaining European Union countries, the average delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days .
In the event of special campaign periods or stock shortages, or if for any other reason the ordered product is not available, CerAmor Cerâmica undertakes to inform the Customer and is available to refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 5 days from the moment such unavailability occurs.
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer assumes full responsibility for their availability to receive it.
When you receive your order, we recommend checking its integrity. If there are any anomalies, you should report them immediately. If you fail to do so, you will not be able to file a complaint later.
6. EXCHANGES
Customers wishing to exchange an item purchased should send an email to geral@ceramorceramica.com describing their order, including the order number and the item to be exchanged, and await instructions from the brand. After receiving instructions from the brand, customers should send the order to our address, as received, carefully packaged. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer when the order is sent to CerAmor Cerâmica's facilities. When CerAmor Cerâmica returns the order, shipping costs will be borne by CerAmor Cerâmica.
7. RETURNS
The Customer has the right to Free Resolution, that is, they have a period of 14 days to return the product, starting from the day they receive the order, in accordance with Decree Law No. 24/2014. The same applies to product exchange.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must meet the following conditions: the order must be in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged. You must then send an email to geral@ceramorceramica.com
The Customer must send their return to our address. The product must be returned intact, as received, and carefully packaged. CerAmor Cerâmica assumes no liability for shipping costs, but is responsible for the full refund of the product upon receipt at our facilities.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
All matters relating to the use or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, as well as any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity or non-compliance with the contract entered into between the parties, are subject to the competent Portuguese authorities.
Portuguese law will apply to such disputes, with express waiver of the laws of other countries.
